Instructions for Installing SVG in Opera Browsers

1. Manually install the SVG plug-in by copying the netscape svg .dll to the opera plug-in directory and making sure it was associated with SVG. There are instructions for doing this in the Opera help area.
2. Turning off Java by going to preferences and unselecting Java.
